The Patriots have made a pair of roster moves on Friday.
New England announced the team has signed safety Eric Butler.
Butler, 23, is an undrafted rookie out of San Diego State. He previously worked out for the Patriots in late July.
As a corresponding move, the Patriots have waived rookie defensive tackle David Blay Jr.
