The Packers have drawn a little bit closer to the Titans in the third quarter in Nashville and tempers flared on the Aaron Rodgers touchdown run that closed the Titans lead to two scores.

Rodgers scrambled out of the pocket and found plenty of open space on a 20-yard touchdown run that Titans cornerback Perrish Cox punctuated by drilling Rodgers after he was already well into the end zone. Packers players rushed to support Rodgers and there was pushing and shoving in the end zone until the officials could sort it out.

They were able to do that without ejecting anyone this time around and Cox was penalized for unnecessary roughness. The Packers couldn’t hit on a two-point conversion so Tennessee leads 35-22 with just under nine minutes to play in the third quarter.

The Packers kicked off from the 50 as a result of the penalty, but their onside kick went out of bounds.
