If, as many believe, Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers is sensitive (and also sensitive about being called sensitive), he won’t be happy about comments from his brother, Jordan, that were broadcast last night on ABC.
Jordan, a former quarterback who had a couple of shots of espresso with a few NFL teams, is one of the contestants on The Bachelorette. On Monday night’s show, Jordan addressed his relationship with Aaron while discussing an upcoming date in Jordan’s hometown.
“My middle brother won’t be there,” Rodgers said, via Kyle Koster of TheBigLead.com. “Aaron . . . like I said, I have a great relationship with my brother Luke. Me and Aaron don’t really have that much of a relationship. It’s just kind of the way he’s chosen to do life. I choose to stay close with my family and my parents and my brother. It’s not ideal. I love him and I can’t imagine what it’s like to be in his shoes and the pressure he has, the demands from people that he has. Don’t have hard feelings against him, it’s just how things go right now.”
Jordan and Aaron had a bit of a dust up last season, after Aaron took a shot at Russell Wilson’s belief that God chooses sides in football games. Jordan chimed in on the situation in a way that suggested he was choosing Wilson’s side.
