If the Seahawks don’t figure out a way (or want to) keep John Abraham from leaving, they might have to game-plan against him twice a year.
According to Mike Garafolo of USA Today, Abraham is scheduled to visit the 49ers after he leaves a stop with the Seahawks today.
Unlike the free agents who can only be legally tampered with starting at midnight, Abraham can go visit teams since he was released by the Falcons.
The 34-year-old still has the ability to rush the passer, but joining the 49ers would require some adjusting to a 3-4 defense.
Other visits could come soon, unless the Seahawks come up with enough of an offer to make him want to stay.
