New Bills interim offensive coordinator Joe Brady says the success of the offense will depend on quarterback Josh Allen, and it’s Brady’s job to help Allen raise his play.
“I’m passionate about Josh Allen. I have so much love for him. He’s such a competitor. All I want is for him to have success,” Brady said. “His mindset, his mentality, his approach to the game is so much fun. All I want is for him to have success.”
Brady said he has nothing but respect for Ken Dorsey, who was fired as offensive coordinator this week, but now that Dorsey has been fired, Brady knows his job is to put Allen in the best position to lead the Bills.
“It’s his show and he’s going to lead us to where we want to go,” Brady said of Allen.
Ultimately, Brady said he couldn’t be happier having the opportunity to call an offense run by Allen.
“Give me Josh Allen all day, every day,” Brady said. “I believe Josh Allen is the best quarterback in the NFL.”
