Veteran broadcaster Al Michaels isn't too worried about shaking off the rust before the Hall of Fame game and he has advice for calling games for Tony Romo.

On Thursday night, Al Michaels and Cris Collinsworth will call the Hall of Fame game for NBC. Jim Nantz and Tony Romo will do the same for CBS. Only one will be televised.

Al noted in a Thursday visit to PFT Live that Nantz and Romo will call the Cardinals-Cowboys preseason opener on a practice basis as they prepare for their first year working together, which also will be Romo’s first year in broadcasting.

Michaels also said that Romo is all-in with broadcasting, working extremely hard to get himself ready for one of the highest-profile jobs in broadcasting.

For more from Al Michaels regarding the Hall of Fame game, the status of the Patriots as presumed favorites to win it all, the decision of the Cowboys to enter the preseason without a veteran backup to Dak Prescott and more, check out the video.
