Quarterback Justin Herbert suffered a pair of injuries during Sunday’s loss to the Chiefs and now his practice status is up in the air.
Via multiple reporters, Chargers head coach Jim Harbaugh said “We’ll see” if Herbert is on the field for Wednesday’s session. Harbaugh noted Herbert is dealing with an ankle injury as well as the leg contusion he suffered in Kansas City.
Harbaugh noted this is not a recurrence of the ankle injury Herbert suffered earlier in the season.
Though he missed an offensive snap, Herbert was able to finish the divisional matchup. He completed 21-of-30 passes for 213 yards with a touchdown. He also rushed for 12 yards on four attempts.
Additionally, receiver Jalen Reagor could miss some time with a finger injury. Tight end Will Dissly is unlikely to practice on Wednesday with a shoulder issue.
