Both New York teams will wear helmet decals to recognize the fallen at Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Connecticut, which is about 60 miles from New York City.
We had previously noted that the Giants will wear helmet decals with the initials SHES, for Sandy Hook Elementary School, on Sunday. The Jets have also announced that they will wear the decals on Monday night.
