Florio passed along Saturday’s full list of post-cut day waiver claims in a previous PFT item. Among them was tight end Brett Brackett, whom the Jaguars picked up after he was cut by the Eagles.

Brackett suffered a hard-luck injury in his first practice as a Jaguar, going down in a heap with a knee ailment. On Tuesday, the Jaguars placed Brackett on season-ending injured reserve.

According to Mark Long of the Associated Press, the Jaguars re-signed tight end Colin Cloherty to fill Brackett’s roster spot.

Cloherty, 24, appeared in four games with Jacksonville last season, starting one. He finished with four catches for 57 yards and will slot in behind Marcedes Lewis and Zach Potter on the depth chart.
