Giants defensive end Dave Tollefson went to the locker room with a knee injury during Sunday’s game against the Eagles, and his mom, who was at the game, followed him to the locker room.

But mommy wasn’t there to kiss the boo-boo and make her baby boy feel better.

“She was like ‘What are you doing?’ ” Tollefson told the New York Daily News. “I said, ‘Mom, I’m hurt.’ She said, ‘I don’t give an F. Get it taped up and get the hell in there! I don’t want to hear this.’”

Tollefson’s mom lives 3,000 miles away and doesn’t get to see her son play very often, and she didn’t want to miss the opportunity on Sunday.

“Tape it up!” Tollefson says his mom told him. “I didn’t fly here from California to watch you ride the pines!”

Tollefson’s sprained MCL will force him to miss at least one game, but he’s going to do his best to make his mom proud and return for the regular season finale on January 2.

“I love mom,” Tollefson said. “She’s crazy.”
