Florida State QB DJ Uiagalelei declares for 2025 NFL draft

Florida State quarterback DJ Uiagalelei has declared for the 2025 NFL draft.

Uiagalelei has played five college seasons, spending time at Clemson and Oregon State before landing with the Seminoles.

He announced his decision on social media.

“To my coaches, thank you for believing in me, challenging me, and investing in my career,” Uiagalelei wrote. “You all have helped me grow on and off the field, and I’ve never felt more prepared for what’s in store for me. With that being said, I’m excited to announce that I am declaring for the 2025 NFL draft. Thank you to everyone who has been a part of this incredible journey so far. The best is yet to come.”

He finished the season with 1,065 passing yards, four touchdowns and six interceptions before undergoing season-ending surgery on his throwing hand. He finishes his five-year career with 10,508 total yards, 82 total touchdowns and 30 interceptions.
