Despite knee injury being added to report, A.J. Brown plans to play Sunday

Eagles receiver A.J. Brown had a knee injury designation added to Thursday’s practice report, but he’s not planning on it sidelining him for Sunday’s game against the Commanders.

I’m playing,” Brown said Friday, via Tim McManus of ESPN.

Brown, who was limited on Thursday, said he wasn’t quite sure what happened. But he doesn’t expect whatever it is to affect him.

“I was fine after the game. Fine the next day. Fine the day after that,” Brown said, noting that it could’ve been something that built up over time. “You find a way to get through it and play through stuff.”

Brown added that at this time of year, no one is healthy.

In 11 games this year, Brown has caught 56 passes for 946 yards with five touchdowns.

Philadelphia’s full injury report with game statuses will be released later on Friday.
