The Chiefs announced a few roster moves ahead of Wednesday’s game against the Steelers.
Tight end Peyton Hendershot has been activated from injured reserve. The Chiefs have also elevated linebacker Swayze Bozeman and safety Deon Bush from the practice squad on a temporary basis.
Hendershot was designated for return earlier this week and takes the roster spot that opened when linebacker Jack Cochrane was placed on injured reserve. Hendershot was sidelined by a calf injury.
The Chiefs acquired Hendershot in an August trade with the Cowboys. He caught three passes for 26 yards in five games before his injury.
Bozeman has appeared in two games this season and Bush has made one other appearance for the Chiefs.
