After a Sunday victory in Oakland that wasn’t nearly as easy as most thought it would be, the Chargers engaged in a little Twitter trolling of Raiders fans.
“The Moral of the Story,” the Chargers said via their verified account. “Don’t throw eggs.”
It was a reference to the pelting of the San Diego bus with the most common product of a chicken. But there’s no connection between Raiders fans throwing eggs on a vehicle and the Raiders throwing up on their shoes, blowing a game they could have/should have won.
While the Raiders gave the Chargers all they could handle, they remain winless at 0-5. The Chargers are now 5-1.
