The Chargers gave kicker Cameron Dicker plenty to do in last Saturday’s game in New England.
Dicker was called on to try four field goals and four extra points over the course of the game. Dicker made all eight of his attempts to account for 16 points in the team’s 40-7 win.
The NFL named Dicker the AFC special teams player of the week in recognition of his work. It’s the first time he’s snagged the prize since the 2022 season.
Dicker is now 35-of-37 on field goals and 31-of-34 on extra points this season. He’ll get a chance to add to those numbers in Week 18 before moving on to the second playoff appearance of his career.
