A pair of late game-winners has led Brandon McManus to some hardware.
The Broncos kicker was named AFC special teams player of the month for October, his first such honor.
McManus was 10-of-11 on field goals for the month and perfect on PATs, which means more than it used to.
But he was also right at the right times, hitting game winning field goals against the Vikings with 1:15 left in the fourth quarter, and the Browns with 4:56 left in overtime.
While he might benefit from the elevation at home games, he’s proven trustworthy on the road as well.
