The Bills can’t be the top seed in the AFC playoffs, but they are set to host a pair of games in the postseason.
James Cook got into the end zone from a yard out with 1:15 left in the third quarter to push Buffalo’s lead over the Jets to 26-0. A win on Sunday makes them the No. 2 seed in the AFC.
Cook is now up to 17 touchdowns on the season and it wasn’t long before the Bills stretched their advantage even further. Jets wide receiver Garrett Wilson was stripped by defensive tackle Ed Oliver after a catch and linebacker Matt Milano recovered on the 15-yard-line.
Josh Allen hit rookie wideout Keon Coleman for a 14-yard score a couple of plays later, so it’s now 33-0 and party time in Buffalo.
