The Bengals will begin the regular season without their 2023 first-round draft pick.
Bengals defensive end Myles Murphy will miss four to six weeks with a knee sprain, according to Jeremy Fowler of ESPN.
Murphy suffered the non-contact injury on Tuesday and had to be helped off the practice field.
The Bengals drafted Murphy out of Clemson with the 28th overall pick in last year’s draft.
