Aaron Rodgers dealing with knee injury, Jets anticipate he’ll play Sunday

Aaron Rodgers has not missed a start for the Jets this season despite dealing with several injuries and the team doesn’t expect him to miss this Sunday’s game against the Bills either.

Rodgers hurt his knee against the Rams last Sunday and Tyrod Taylor was seen warming up on the sideline while Rodgers got medical attention, but Rodgers remained on the field for the entirety of the 19-9 loss that dropped the Jets to 4-11 for the season.

On Tuesday, Jets interim head coach Jeff Ulbrich said that Rodgers is uncertain to play against the Bills as a result. Ulbrich added that he would bet on Rodgers being in the lineup, however.

Cornerback Sauce Gardner is dealing with a hamstring injury he suffered in the loss and defensive tackle Quinnen Williams is trying to make it back from the same injury after missing the Rams game.
