No surprises here as Goedert is reportedly considered “week to week” and is a candidate for injured reserve. Though he hasn’t officially been ruled out for Week 14, it’s safe to assume he won’t suit up on Sunday. Grant Calcaterra will take his place in the lineup. Primarily a blocker, Calcaterra will see more work sans Goedert but is only a TE2 for fantasy purposes.
  • PHI Defensive Back #2
Slay missed Week 13 with the concussion after failing to return to practice at any point in the week. Even a limited session on Wednesday would put him on track to return for Week 14. Safety Reed Blankenship suffered a concussion of his own on Sunday and did not practice today. He will likely miss Philly’s upcoming matchup with the Panthers.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #6
Smith was listed as limited for two practices last week before getting a questionable tag. He was spotted giving it a go in warmups on Sunday but was ultimately made inactive for Week 13. Smith was seemingly close to returning last week and another practice today suggests he will be back in the fold for Week 14. Barring any setbacks, Smith will return to the WR2 ranks for a great matchup with the Panthers.
  • PHI Tight End #47
The Eagles are expected to be without Dallas Goedert (knee) this week and perhaps for a while thereafter. Uzomah should be active for Week 14 against the Panthers while Grant Calcattera operates as the team’s No. 1 tight end. Calcaterra has been somewhat productive in his 2024 starts and profiles as a desperation fantasy option in the run-heavy Eagles offense.
  • PHI Tight End #88
McLane’s knee injury was not believed to be “serious” per initial reports, but now McLane is reporting that Goedert’s injury “will likely sideline him on a week-to-week basis.” For now, we’ll assume Goedert will be questionable for Week 14’s game against the Panthers, but that could change once we get a look at the team’s practice report later in the week. If Goedert is unable to play in Week 14, Grant Calcaterra would draw the start in his absence.
  • PHI Tight End #88
The team is hoping for “just a sprain.” It’s possible that Goedert misses some time even if this is not a serious injury, which could further condense the trusted passing options for Jalen Hurts since DeVonta Smith’s hamstring has kept him out a few games in a row now. Eagles coach Nick Sirianni is often not helpful with injuries, so the Wednesday practice report will be one to monitor for Goedert ahead of Week 14’s game against the Panthers.
  • PHI Quarterback #1
The Eagles fell behind early in this game, going down by nine after the first quarter. Hurts got them back in the driver’s seat in short order with two scores in the second frame. The first was a 17-yard toss to Dallas Goedert and the second was a tush push from a yard out. Philly packed it in for the day after that and Hurts completed two passes for 14 yards in the second half. The Eagles’ defense kept Lamar Jackson in check while Saquon Barkley chewed away the clock with ease, so there wasn’t much for Hurts to do. He will get a similar game script in Week 14 versus the Panthers. Even with a low-volume game on the horizon, Hurts will remain near the top of the QB1 ranks for his date with Carolina.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #11
With Jalen Hurts attempting just 19 passes, Brown’s No. 1 receiver role wasn’t worth much today. Still, he led the Eagles in all receiving stats outside of touchdowns. His targets were good for a 32 percent target share. DeVonta Smith was sidelined with a hamstring issue once again, though he appeared to be close to playing. Smith should be back for Week 14. That will affect Dallas Goedert more than Brown, who still operates as the team’s No. 1 receiver with Smith active. Even with a run-heavy approach versus the Panthers on deck, Brown will remain near the top of the WR1 ranks next week.
  • PHI Tight End #88
Even if the box score doesn’t show it, Goedert served as the Eagles’ de facto No. 2 receiver in this game with DeVonta Smith out. His four targets were tied with Saquon Barkley for second-most on the team behind only A.J. Brown. With Jalen Hurts attempting a measly 19 passes, Goedert earned a 21 percent target share. Smith should be back for Week 14, taking some targets off the table for Goedert. If he does return, Goedert will fall to the top of the TE2 ranks versus the Panthers.
  • PHI Wide Receiver #83
Dotson was a non-factor even with DeVonta Smith out for the second week in a row. The Eagles’ No. 2 receiver with Smith sidelined is Dallas Goedert. Fantasy managers can continue to ignore Dotson with or without Smith on the field.
