Singleton first joined the NFL ranks in 2016 as the Colts running backs coach. He’s since held the same title for the Raiders (2018), Bengals (2019 to 2020), and Eagles (2021 to present), and he has also been the Eagles’ assistant head coach since 2021. According to Schefter, an Eagles official said Singleton was “a big part of what we do on offense and a rising star going forward.” It goes without saying that his relationship to head coach Kellen Moore, who he worked with in 2024, could give him an inside edge to secure the Saints’ OC role.
  • Newly-minted head coach Kellen Moore continues to bring in familiar faces. Like former Chargers head coach Brandon Staley, who worked with Moore in 2023, Parker and Moore served on the Eagles’ championship coaching staff this season. Moore has been a defensive backs coach for the last four seasons and was hired as the Eagles’ DB/pass game coordinator last season after previously working with the Broncos from 2021 to 2023. He played a key role in reshaping an Eagles secondary that ranked among the worst in 2023 to one of the best in 2024 and ultimately proved capable of shutting down Patrick Mahomes and the Chiefs in the Super Bowl. If he’s hired, this would mark the first time in his career that Parker has served as a defensive coordinator.
  • PHI Defensive Tackle #93
Williams is coming off a season in which he posted a career-high five sacks while also notching seven TFLs and a forced fumble. The former third-round pick capped his strong season with an impressive performance in Super Bowl LIX, where he sacked Patrick Mahomes twice while also forcing and recovering a fumble. It was the kind of performance that should generate a lot of buzz for Williams when he hits the free agent market next month, as teams could be lining up to lure the fourth-year lineman away from the champs. Williams played a career-high 500 defensive snaps last season while also generating a career-best 40 pressures — nearly doubling his previous high of 22, which he set last season. While he would love to return to the Eagles, Williams also said he’d like a nice pay raise, which could make a return to Philly difficult.
  • Dickerson injured his left knee during the NFC Championship, and the issue is serious enough that he’ll need to undergo an operation. He was not forthcoming on further details. The 26-year-old will hope to be back for workouts, but that obviously will depend on the severity of the injury and how his rehab goes. It’d be a big loss for Philadelphia, as Dickerson is as good as any guard in the sport right now.
  • PHI Cornerback #24
Both Bradberry and the Eagles kept the injury specifics under wraps throughout the 2024 season, but we now know why Bradberry didn’t play this season despite being given a six-to-eight week timeline for a return to the field. Bradberry switched from cornerback to safety last offseason due to depth chart strengths and weaknesses but he indicated he would like to return to his natural perimeter cornerback role. The Eagles have big decisions to make at the No. 2 perimeter cornerback spot; Darius Slay could be a cap casualty and rotational player Isaiah Rodgers is scheduled to hit free agency. Bradberry has a $7.8 million cap figure and the Eagles can only save cap space if they made him a post-June 1 cut.

“Perhaps offensive coordinator,” Rapoport adds. Eagles head coach Nick Sirianni has made some noise about blocking assistants from leaving today but with an elevation, he’d have no way to block Nussmeier moving to the Saints. Nussmeier has been Moore’s quarterbacks coach with the Cowboys, Chargers, and Eagles. He has not been a candidate for any prominent external jobs that we’ve written about since interviewing for the Ravens offensive coordinator gig in 2023.

Patullo interviewed with the Jets for their offensive coordinator vacancy earlier in the cycle and came over with Nick Sirianni from the Colts in 2021. There will probably be interviews here rather than a straight elevation, but with Kellen Moore now in New Orleans, the Eagles offensive coordinator job becomes the only vacancy that would seem to have a shot at actually calling plays in 2025. Jones adds that Sirianni may want to take back the playcalling if they elevate Patullo.
  • PHI Defensive End #55
The soon-to-be 37-year-old had a fairy tale ending to his NFL career if he wants to leave it there, as Graham played a supporting role in a swarming of Patrick Mahomes to win Super Bowl LIX. He told WIP on Tuesday that he feels “like I got a lot in the tank, but, you know, I want to make sure I go about this the right way.” It’s hard to imagine a future where Graham isn’t on the Eagles next year if he keeps playing. The Eagles are going to be charged a $5.8 million cap hit for Graham in 2025 as a result of void years, but Graham is officially a free agent for the 2025 season.
  • NO Head Coach
Two days after Moore and the Eagles dominated the Chiefs in the Super Bowl, Moore, 36, gets his first crack at a head coaching gig. The Eagles reportedly expected Moore to be a short-term OC, especially if he had immediate success with Jalen Hurts and the Philly offense. He did just that in 2024: The Eagles were eighth in total yards and seventh in points, ranking sixth in EPA per play and first in rush EPA thanks to Saquon Barkley’s massive campaign. In New Orleans, Moore will have to figure out how to make it work with Derek Carr at the helm and an aging Alvin Kamara in the backfield. Moore’s ability to manipulate defenses and create space for his playmakers will be put to the test in 2025 and beyond.
  • PHI Offensive Coordinator
This comment came shortly after the team’s Super Bowl LIX victory over the Chiefs, when Lurie was asked if he expects the team to lose Moore to the Saints this week. Lurie simply responded with “I do” before proceeding to praise the coordinator who was fresh off leading the Eagles to their second championship in eight seasons. The ink has long felt dry on Moore’s contract with the Saints, even though nothing has been made official yet. We’d expect the official word to come down any day now, but Lurie’s recent comments are about as definite as it gets.
