Brown ranks as ESPN 300’s No. 187 overall prospect for the 2017 cycle. Rivals’ No. 1 safety prospect in the state of Arkansas, Brown will be staying home to ply his wares with the Razorbacks. ESPN 300 is the highest on him of the major recruiting outlets, slotting him into their master list at No. 185.
