Bears WR Mike Hass has been impressing coaches at camp.
The Bears are expected to keep six WRs this season, and Hass is expected to nab that final spot. He will not have fantasy value.
  • SEA Wide Receiver
Bears WR Mike Hass (2-48) hauled in both his targets as the Bears knocked off the Colts in Monday night’s preseason contest.
Hass’ competition for the sixth receiver spot, Brandon Rideau, was targeted four times and caught two of them. The winner of the battle will see most of his time on special teams and possibly the game-day inactives list.
  • CHI Wide Receiver
    Bears waived/injured WR Brandon Rideau.
Mike Hass will make the Bears if they keep six wideouts.
  • CHI Wide Receiver
Bears WR Brandon Rideau sprained his ankle in Monday night’s preseason game.
Rideau’s injury could cost him a job as Chicago’s sixth wide receiver and a special teams player. He was battling Mike Hass for the role.
  • SEA Wide Receiver
Bears declared WR Mike Hass, QB Rex Grossman, TE Fontel Mines, S Josh Gattis, LB Darrell McClover, OG Josh Beekman, DT Darwin Walker, and WR Brandon Rideau inactive for Week 17.
Bernard Berrian and Muhsin Muhammad are both active, as expected.
  • SEA Wide Receiver
Bears declared WR Mike Hass, QB Kyle Orton, CB Nathan Vasher, DB Brandon McGowan, RB Lousaka Polite, LB Rod Wilson, G Josh Beekman, and DE Antonio Garay inactive for Week 10 against the Raiders.
No surprises for the Bears. Rex Grossman could come in Sunday if Brian Griese starts slowly, but that shouldn’t happen with Nnamdi Asomugha out.
  • SEA Wide Receiver
Bears declared WR Mike Hass, QB Kyle Orton, CB Nate Vasher, G Josh Beekman, LBs Nick Roach and Darrell McClover, and DT Anthony Adams inactive for Thursday night’s matchup in Washington.
Adams had taken over as Chicago’s starting nose tackle before getting hurt. The Bears are extremely thin on the interior defensive line, and the ‘Skins should look to exploit that. DT Tommie Harris will play, but hasn’t been 100 percent since the first few weeks of the season.
  • SEA Wide Receiver
Seahawks WR Mike Hass has reportedly stood out at OTAs with his ability to “find ways to get open and make plays.”
Hass has elite hands and instincts, but has never gotten a real shot in three years as a pro because he’s not great on special teams and lacks 4.4 speed. He probably won’t make the ‘Hawks, but would fit a team like Kansas City well.
  • SEA Wide Receiver
    Seahawks waived WR Mike Hass.
He stood out at OTAs but was never going to crack the Seahawks’ roster. He’ll probably get a look from another team soon.
  • SEA Wide Receiver
Seahakws signed WR Mike Hass to their practice squad.
Hass couldn’t beat out Ben Obomanu, among others, for a roster spot.
