    Redskins signed DT Marlon Favorite.
Favorite has floated around the league since going undrafted out of LSU back in 2009. He’ll take the roster spot of Chris Neild, who is out for the season with a torn ACL.
  • WAS Defensive Lineman #77
    Bills released DT Marlon Favorite.
Favorite was just signed in March, but he was no longer needed as a potential nose tackle after the Bills drafted Torell Troup. At 6'1/317, he doesn’t have the build to play end in a 3-4 scheme.
  • WAS Defensive Lineman #77
Colts signed DT Marlon Favorite, formerly of the Bills.
Favorite joins at least his fourth organization since going undrafted out of LSU in April of 2009. A longtime underachiever, he shouldn’t make the Colts.
  • WAS Defensive Lineman #77
Saints signed DT Marlon Favorite to their practice squad.
A talented underachiever (not atypical for former LSU linemen), Favorite went undrafted in 2009. He’ll serve as insurance for the postseason.
  • WAS Defensive Lineman #77
    Bills signed DT Marlon Favorite.
The talented underachiever out of LSU landed on the Saints’ practice squad during their playoff run. The Bills will likely try Favorite as a backup nose tackle as they move to a 3-4 defense.
  • IND Defensive Back
Colts waived CB Ray Fisher and DT Marlon Favorite.
Fisher was trying to make the roster as a return man, but couldn’t cut it. Favorite, a journeyman at this point, went undrafted out of LSU in 2009.
  • WAS Quarterback #3
Patriots signed QB Jonathan Crompton, WRs Darnell Jenkins and Buddy Farnham, TE Carson Butler, DT Marlon Favorite, CB Thad Turner and S Ross Ventrone to reserve/future contracts.
A fifth-round pick, Crompton was released from the Chargers’ practice squad just before the season and wound up signing with the Patriots in early November. He’s the only interesting name on this list.
  • PHI Running Back
Eagles waived RB Derrick Locke, DT Marlon Favorite, LB Brandon Peguese, and WR Terrance Turner.
Locke was a pre-draft favorite of some media scouting types, but is a medical reject and never had a realistic chance to make the Eagles’ roster. Turner has NFL size and could be a practice squad candidate. Favorite continues to bounce around the league. Peguese was an undrafted rookie from Hampton.
  • FA Defensive Back #49
Rams placed CB Marquis Johnson on the reserve/PUP list and signed DT Marlon Favorite, formerly of the Eagles.
Favorite has played roster pinball since going undrafted out of LSU in 2009. Johnson underwent offseason knee surgery and hadn’t practiced at all in camp. He was only a special teamer, and will be eligible for return in Week 7.
  • WAS Defensive Lineman #77
    Rams signed DT Marlon Favorite.
As Philly.com points out, this could be a bit of gamesmanship from the Rams. Favorite was with the Eagles throughout training camp, and the two teams square off against each other in Week 1.
