Raiders signed Mississippi State WR Lideatrick Griffin.
Griffin (5’10/181) is another undersized speedster who ran a 4.43 at the NFL Scouting Combine. After playing primarily as an outside receiver during his first three years, Griffin played from the slot on 90.6 percent of his snaps last season and turned in his most productive year (50-659-4) in the process. It wouldn’t be surprising to stick in that role as a pro, Griffin’s ability in the return game may be his most valuable asset to at the next level. He returned 54 kicks for 1,640 yards and two touchdowns for Mississippi State.
