Aho (6'3/255) committed to Nebraska near the end of November and held tight with that pledge into the early signing period, but he did not send in his signed NLI and has now cut commitment ties with the Huskers. Aho was the only commit entering the early signing period which Nebraska was unable to actually sign. Noteworthy, the three-star defensive end never took a visit to Lincoln. Minnesota and SMU could be in play, here, depending on what Aho is looking for. On the 247Sports composite board, Aho ranks as the No. 132 JUCO prospect in the 2020 class.

Aho is among 247 Sports’ top-100 JUCO recruits of this class. A 6-foot-3, 255-pound pass-rusher, Aho plays with a mean streak and knows how to use his long arms to keep offensive linemen at a distance. Nebraska was one of just two Power 5 offers that Aho had, with the other being Minnesota. Aho is the 14th 2020 player to verbally commit to Nebraska so far.
