Dolphins signed DB Jereme Perry, formerly of the Browns.
Perry played extensively on defense for Cleveland as an undrafted rookie last year, but in doing so exhausted his practice squad eligibility. He was a street free agent to this point. Perry can add depth at both cornerback and safety.
