Peevy

Peevy (6’5/308) was a five-year player at Texas A&M. He saw work as a true freshman but wasn’t named a starter until his junior year in 2019. Per PFF, Peevy never generated more than 20 quarterback pressures in a season and has nine career sacks. His main contribution comes on run defense, where he totaled 70 run stops in 49 games for his career, which included a career-high 24 run stops in 2021. Peevy ran a 5.30 40 dash at the Combine and ranked near the bottom of the group with a 27-inch vertical jump and 8-foot-4 inch broad jump. He lined up almost exclusively at defensive tackle last season, and will likely be asked to do the same at the next level.
