Easter Michigan junior WR Dylan Drummond caught six passes for 63 yards and a touchdown in a 55-24 win over Bowling Green on Saturday.
Drummond (6'1/181) has been the most reliable and favorite target of QB Ben Bryant. Over the last five games, the two have connected for 29 passes for 343 yards and three touchdowns. Today, however, they didn’t connect for Drummond’s lone touchdown of the game, as that was thrown by RB Samson Evans on a nice halfback pass at the end of the third quarter. This chemistry will be key if the Eagles want to make a late-season run and win the Western Division. The Eagles take on Toledo on Tuesday, November 2nd.
