Dorian Williams (elbow) returned to the game against the Lions in Week 15.
Williams had missed almost half game after suffering an elbow injury in the second quarter of the game; however, with Matt Milano suffering a groin injury in the fourth quarter, the Bills made sure to get Williams back on the field. There’s no indication yet how serious Milano’s groin injury is, but if it were to keep him out, Williams look step back into the starting lineup for him.

Dorian Williams is questionable to return to Week 15 against the Lions with an elbow injury.
Williams has been bumped from the starting lineup with Matt Milano back from injury, but the Bills do use him on some early downs. His backup, Baylon Spector, immediately allowed a touchdown on the next play, so that could be an issue if Williams can’t get back on the field.

Bills selected Tulane LB Dorian Williams with the No. 91 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft.
Williams (6’1/228) was a nondescript, low three-star prospect who worked his way up to become a Tulane program legend and three-time All-AAC honoree. After finishing fourth nationally in FBS with 16.0 TFL in 2020, he racked up 132 tackles, 5.0 sacks, seven PBU and two interceptions for the Green Wave last year. His career on a high note, recording 17 tackles and winning the MVP in Tulane’s dramatic Cotton Bowl victory over USC. The team captain verified his wheels at the Combine with a sensational 4.49s 40-yard dash (98th%) and 1.52 10-yard split to go with an 8.76 RAS. While he likely doesn’t have the requisite bulk and take-on skills to consistently play in the box at the NFL level, Williams received PFF coverage grades of 87.0 and 90.2 which are elite scores that should translate well to the NFL. A verified athlete who has the chops to stay with the majority of running backs and tight ends in space, Williams will get a chance to help replace the loss of ex-Bills LB Tremaine Edmunds to free agency this offseason.
