Dontrell Hillard (neck) will not play in Tennessee’s Week 15 game against the Chargers.
Hilliard didn’t practice all week after picking up the injury in Week 14. No non-Derrick Henry running back had a rush in Week 14, but Julius Chestnut did have two catches. Neither Chestnut nor Hassan Haskins have big enough roles to be excited about for fantasy purposes at this time.

Dontrell Hilliard (neck) did not practice on Wednesday.
Hilliard exited last week’s contest against the Jaguars with a neck injury and didn’t return. With little update on his current status, and a DNP to start the week, it’s safe to assume Hilliard is likely out for this week’s matchup against the Chargers. Rookie running back Hassan Haskins would serve as the Titans’ No. 2 back but can be kept off fantasy radars at this time.

Dontell Hilliard (neck) left Week 14’s game against the Jaguars and did not return.
Hilliard did not touch the ball on offense in the loss, and Julius Chestnut replaced him as Tennessee’s returner. Mike Vrabel had no update after the game. No. 2 duties would fall to Hassan Haskins if Hilliard’s injury is serious.

Dontrell Hilliard rushed one time for two yards in the Titan’s Week 10 win over the Broncos, adding one catch for six additional yards.
Nothing to see here, as Hilliard served in his typical backup role behind Derrick Henry. He’s too much of a hit-or-miss to be relied on in a given week and is best served as a stash in the event that Henry was to go down. However, it’s unlikely he’s ever trusted with the majority of the rushing share with rookie running back Hassan Haskins playing behind him. Hilliard can be left on the bench in Week 11 against the Packers.

Dontrell Hilliard (groin) was removed from the Week 10 injury report and will play against the Broncos.
Hilliard has been the Titans’ second running back while also seeing plenty of run on passing downs. He has three touchdowns, all of which have come through the air, this year. Hillard’s production is not consistent enough to make him worth looking at for fantasy purposes, but he is a strong backup for Tennessee’s ground game.

Dontrell Hilliard (groin) was limited in Wednesday’s practice.
Hilliard has served as Derrick Henry’s backup this year, occasionally pitching in for a big play after Henry has battered opposing defenders into a weakened state. He also takes over on plenty of passing downs. Hilliard will be on the edge of fantasy relevancy in Week 10 as long as he gets past the groin issue.

Dontrell Hilliard rushed eight times for 83 yards in the Titans’ Week 8 win over the Texans.
The Titans hid rookie passer Malik Willis behind their incredible rushing attack. Derrick Henry ran 32 times for 219 yards and, whenever he needed a break, Hilliard chipped in with a handful of breakaway runs. Four of his carries went for more than ten yards. Hilliard isn’t seeing enough work to be worth starting as a FLEX option, but he has emerged as a strong backup for the Titans.

Dontrell Hilliard caught 4-of-5 targets for 23 yards and one touchdown in the Titans’ Week 5 win over the Commanders.
Hilliard got the scoring started on the day when he secured a screen pass from Ryan Tannehill and turned it 13-yards upfield for a score. The touchdown marks Hilliard’s third score of the day, and his first touchdown since Week 1 against the Giants. Hilliard would have some PPR upside should Derrick Henry ever miss time, but he has little to no standalone value at this time.

Dontrell Hilliard (hamstring) was removed from the Week 3 injury report and will play against the Raiders.
Hilliard got some run on passing downs in Week 1 and made the most of his opportunities. He went for 61 yards and two scores on three catches while also earning four carries. Hilliard’s role isn’t big enough to make him worth starting in fantasy lineups, but it does eliminate any hope of Derrick Henry seeing more than three targets.

Dontrell Hilliard (hamstring) practiced on Thursday.
It’s back-to-back days on the field for Hilliard. Both of them were limited. Hilliard is at least on the optimistic side of questionable ahead of Tennessee’s Week 3 game with Las Vegas. If Hilliard does play, he’ll be the unquestioned RB2 to Derrick Henry -- and he’s shown more in his one game this year than Henry has as far as results.
