Broncos WR David Kircus increased his chances of securing a roster spot by catching six balls for 76 yards and one for a TD on Friday night.

Kircus did have a costly drop late in the game, though. But even if Ashley Lelie is sent packing, decent wideouts will likely be cut by Denver. Rookie TE Tony Scheffler finished second on the team in receiving with four catches for 54 yards.

Kircus won’t be released even if he’s convicted. But in a crowded Denver receiver group, Kircus still isn’t a lock to make it through training camp.
