Wagner (6’8/320) was a 3-star recruit and the 61st-ranked offensive tackle in the 2017 recruiting class, from Spring Grove, Illinois, according to 247 Sports. Introducing the tallest draftable Offensive Lineman in the draft. His hand are like wrecking balls both in speed and strength. He will overpower defenders in the run game and stonewall bull rushes in pass protection. He will face some struggles in mirroring quicker EDGEs, but that is to be expected at his height and lack of knee bend. However, if he manages to simply get his hands on a rusher, he can sustain that block through the duration of the play. There are a number of similarities with his fellow gargantuan predecessor Dan Skipper. Wagner will likely be more successful in the NFL, but with improved balance and a deeper squat, he could be a reserve Tackle for a team fairly soon.
