  • BUF Linebacker #2

The deal includes a whopping $29 million in guaranteed money and ties the former Pro Bowl linebacker to the Bills through the 2028 season. Chubb managed a solid 8.5 sacks in 2025, his first year after a torn ACL that cost the seven-year veteran the entirety of 2024. Injuries have been an issue throughout Chubb’s career, missing 17 games in his first four season with the Broncos before the 17 missed games two season ago with the Dolphins. The Bills now invest significant money after a fully healthy season last year. He’ll join a stacked second level in Buffalo as he looks to regain his Pro Bowl form.
  • BUF Tackle #74
Barring another team extending an offer sheet for Van Denmark, he will return to Buffalo on a one-year deal. Denmark started four games in 2025, three at right tackle and one at left tackle. He proved to be a serviceable backup for Buffalo and will now stick around as a swing tackle for another season.
  • BUF Quarterback #17
Per ESPN’s Field Yates, the move creates $40 million in cap space. As is the case with most elite quarterbacks, Allen’s contract being restructured has become an annual affair for Buffalo. This is essentially free cap space for the Bills. With the deadline to get cap compliant coming later today, Buffalo now has plenty of wiggle room to sign free agents or extend other players. Allen is under contract through the 2030 season.
  • FA Defensive End #91
Hendrickson’s asking price is reportedly somewhere in the $30 to $40 million range after Danielle Hunter and Jaelan Phillips both signed deals with AAVs over $30 million. It was reported earlier that, as things stand, Hendrickson will likely be “too expensive” for the Cowboys to bring in. Interestingly, the Bills who are roughly $14 million over the cap right now per OverTheCap.com could be interested in Hendrickson if they can find a way to get a deal done, but they would have to go through some steps to clear some cap space and get a deal done. Hendrickson totaled four sacks in seven games and will be 31 at the start of next season. Even if the Bills are interested in Hendrickson, they will likely wait for his asking price to come down given their current situation.
  • BUF Tight End #88
Terms weren’t available, but it almost certainly will lower his 2026 cap figure after he came into the offseason as a release candidate. The Bills clearly value Knox’s blocking and relationship with Josh Allen. He remains a decent bet to pop off for the odd TE1 game here or there, but Dalton Kincaid should be the most-targeted tight end for the Bills again in 2026.
  • BUF Kicker #2
Bass missed all of the 2025 season due to a hip/groin injury. The sixth-year vet will earn $1 million in guaranteed money next season with a chance to earn up to $3.5 million in additional incentives, per NFL Network’s Tom Pelissero. Bass converted 24-of-29 field goals when he last played while going 4-of-4 on kicks of 50-plus yards. Bass has two years left on his current deal.
  • BUF Punter #19
The Bills dealt with injuries at the punter spot last season, bringing in Wishnowsky as their third punter of the season. He went on to punt in 13 games, averaging 41.8 yards per punt. The 34-year-old will return to Buffalo for another season.
  • BUF Quarterback #8
The deal has a maximum value of $6.1 million. Allen is an eight-year NFL backup with 19 career starts under his belt. The 30-year-old most recently played for the Lions and has attempted just three passes over the last three seasons. He reunites with the Bills, where he spent the 2023 season in Buffalo’s quarterback room behind Josh Allen.
  • BUF Cornerback #20
A former undrafted free agent who joined the Falcons in 2022, Alford has started 23 of the 64 games he has played in for his career and registered a career-high three interceptions and 13 pass breakups last season. Alford has played almost exclusively as a slot corner since entering the league, and will replace Taron Johnson, who they recently traded to the Raiders in exchange for a late draft pick. His new deal includes $10.12 million in guaranteed money.
  • NO Guard #76
It’s a huge investment on a position the Saints desperately wanted to fill — to the point where Kellen Moore literally told reporters at the combine that he needed to fix the guard spot. Edwards had a 70.3 PFF grade in 2025 and enters his age-29 season in 2026. He should help Travis Etienne build on his walk year with the Jaguars in 2026.
