Brycen Tremayne failed to catch his only target in Carolina’s Wild Card Round loss to the Rams.
Topping out at 3/48 in Week 2’s loss to the Cardinals, Tremayne was mostly a part-time receiver and enters 2026 as an exclusive rights free agent after finally seeing real playing time in his third post-college year. He’ll likely compete for a roster spot this offseason.

Brycen Tremayne caught 2-of-2 targets for 27 yards in the Panthers’ Week 18 loss to the Buccaneers.
One of the catches was a 20-yard connection. Tremayne finished with just 14 catches for 143 yards in his first season with the Panthers. It’s hard to see fantasy relevance going forward, but he might be an option for Carolina in the playoffs if the Falcons beat the Saints. If not, he’ll compete for a roster spot this summer.

Brycen Tremayne caught 2-of-2 targets for 15 yards in the Panthers’ Week 3 win over the Falcons.
Tremayne got some early looks in the Panthers’ offense, catching Bryce Young’s first two completions of the game. He was not seen from again as the Panthers went run-heavy with the lead later on. The 25-year-old has been consistently getting 15-20 snaps per game and could see more run if Xavier Legette remains out long-term. Veteran David Moore started in Legette’s place, but caught just one pass for five yards. Neither Moore or Tremayne are fantasy-relevant regardless of Legette’s status.

Brycen Tremayne caught 3-of-5 targets for 48 yards in the Panthers’ Week 2 loss against the Cardinals.
Tremayne drew five targets on just 14 pass routes. His receptions included a 26-yard gain on a strong throw from Bryce Young in the second half. Tremayne, who spent time on the Commanders practice squad a couple seasons ago, was far more efficient and productive than Xavier Legette, who had -2 yards on eight targets against Arizona. Tremayne could be on his way to unseating Legette as Carolina’s WR3.

Stanford senior WR Brycen Tremayne (knee) will not play in Friday’s game against Arizona State.
Tremayne (6'4/207) suffered the injury in the second quarter against Oregon when he made the reception, he was then spun, followed by an Oregon defender clipping the back of his ankle. He immediately grabbed his leg and looked like he was in a lot of pain before being carted off. It’s known he will miss this week against Arizona State on Friday, but nothing has been said beyond that. Tremayne currently leads the team with five receiving touchdowns. With his absence, Michael Wilson, Elijah Higgins, and Colby Bowman should see more opportunities.

Stanford sophomore WR Brycen Tremayne posted five grabs for 54 yards and a score in Saturday’s 41-23 road win at Vanderbilt.
Tremayne (6'4/207) has emerged as the go-to receiver for QB Tanner McKee, as the two have really started to develop quite the rapport. The sophomore receiver has at least three receptions, at least 49 receiving yards and a touchdown in each of his three games to date. He’ll look to keep up the good work as UCLA comes calling to The Farm next Saturday. Tremayne had a career-high 88 receiving yards on four grabs Dec. 19, 2020 at UCLA.

Stanford sophomore WR Brycen Tremayne caught five passes for 62 yards and a touchdown in a 24-7 loss to Kansas State.
Tremayne (6'4/207) was the lone bright spot for a Stanford team that managed a paltry 39 yards on 22 carries. He seemed to have better chemistry with Tanner McKee than deposed starter Jack West, as he caught Stanford’s only touchdown of the game, a 14-yard strike late in the fourth quarter, from McKee. His long frame allows Tremayne to use his body to shield defenders, which he did quite well against KSU. He could be the heir apparent to Simi Fehoko on the outside, even when Michael Wilson returns. Tremayne will look to rack up another touchdown next week when the Cardinal travel to take on USC.
