  • FA Defensive Lineman #90
    Seahawks released DT Bryan Mone.
Mone signed a two-year, $12 million extension with the Seahawks before the 2022 season. He suffered a torn ACL in December and missed all of the 2023 season. Mone totaled 25 tackles and two TFLs in 13 games in 2022. He was a rotational interior defender for Seattle for the better part of four seasons before the knee injury. Releasing him saves the Seahawks $5.4 million in cap space.
  • FA Defensive Lineman #90
Seahawks NT Bryan Mone was forced from Seattle’s Week 15 game against the 49ers with a knee injury and will not return.
Injured midway through the first quarter, Mone got his left leg bent up underneath him. He was quickly ruled out, which is always a poor sign. Post-game reports had Mone dealing with a “significant” ACL injury. Mone entered Week 15 having played 266 largely run-stuffing snaps.
