    Falcons released WR DJ Chark.
The Falcons signed Chark in late July and are now parting ways with him after nearly a month. The veteran receiver totaled 31 receiving yards and one touchdown last season with the Chargers and has struggled to replicate the success he enjoyed in 2019 when he broke out for 73-1008-8. Now an official journeyman of the league, Chark will be looking for his fifth team in four seasons. In addition to releasing Chark, the Falcons also waived/injured QB Emory Jones (concussion) and signed QB Ben DiNucci.
  • NO Quarterback #15
Saints signed QB Ben DiNucci, formerly of the Bills.
DiNucci made the announcement on the X platform formerly known as Twitter on Tuesday morning. The journeyman former XFL quarterback was released by the Bills in August after completing 14 of 20 preseason passes for 96 yards and a touchdown. DiNucci will likely serve as the Saints’ emergency third QB with Derek Carr out for the season.
  • FA Quarterback #15
    Bills released QB Ben DiNucci.
DiNucci completed 14 of his 20 preseason passes for 96 yards and a touchdown after signing with the Bills in July. It looks like Mitchell Trubisky will serve as Josh Allen’s backup this season. The journeyman DiNucci is likely to catch on with another team seeking quarterback depth.
  • BUF Quarterback #13
Bills signed QB Anthony Brown, formerly of the Raiders.
Brown is the latest quarterback to join the Bills after the team lost backups Shane Buechele (neck) and Mitch Trubisky (knee) to injury. Trubisky is only expected to miss a few weeks, but while he’s out, Brown and Ben DiNucci will presumably compete for the Bills’ QB2 job. Brown was with the Raiders earlier this offseason and completed 1-of-3 passes for 24 yards in his only preseason contest while adding another five carries for 13 yards. Whether it’s Brown or DiNucci who wins the QB2 job, it’s safe to say the Bills hope neither has to sniff the field this season.
  • BUF Quarterback #11
Bills HC Sean McDermott said Mitch Trubisky will miss multiple weeks with a knee injury.
The preseason has been unkind to the Bills, as several key players have been injured. While the Bills hope Trubisky won’t have to see the field in too many contests, his absence undoubtedly hurts their quarterback depth behind Josh Allen. The Bills brought on Ben DiNucci last week after losing Shane Buechele to injured reserve and may now be looking at DiNucci opening the season as their QB2. While we don’t know how long Trubisky is expected to be out, it goes without saying that an injury to Allen would make for a massive downgrade to all fantasy assets who are relying on the Bills’ quarterback play.
  • BUF Quarterback #11
Bills signed QB Ben DiNucci, formerly of the Broncos.
DiNucci spent last season on the Broncos practice squad and hasn’t played a regular-season snap since 2020. The veteran backup joins a Bills team that lost Shane Buechele to a neck injury in their first preseason game and will likely see some snaps in the team’s upcoming preseason game against the Steelers.
  • FA Quarterback #11
    Broncos released QB Ben DiNucci.
DiNucci, a former XFL star, has bounced on and off the Broncos roster over the past year and a half. He’s completed 23 of 43 NFL passes for 219 scoreless yards over three regular season games. The Broncos will roll with first-rounder Bo Nix, Jarrett Stidham, and Jets castoff Zach Wilson in summer practices. He could end up on Denver’s practice squad this summer.
  • DEN Quarterback #11
Broncos declared QB Ben DiNucci, S JL Skinner, LB Nik Bonitto, TE Nate Adkins, LB Ben Niemann, C Alex Forsyth, and DE Elijah Garcia inactive for Week 15 against the Lions.
The Broncos have enjoyed a season of relative health, which continues into Week 15. It’ll be all hands on deck as the team continues their bid for a playoff spot out of the AFC.
  • DEN Quarterback #11
Broncos declared QB Ben DiNucci, S JL Skinner, TE Nate Adkins, LB Ronnie Perkins, LB Thomas Incoom, C Alex Forsyth, and DL Elijah Garcia inactive for Week 13 against the Texans.
CB Damarri Mathis was the only player listed as questionable this week for the Broncos, but he is now set to play against the Texans. On both sides of the ball, the 6-5 Broncos are rolling healthy and ready to compete for a playoff spot against the 6-5 Texans.
  • FA Quarterback #17
    Broncos released QB Ben DiNucci.
DiNucci joined the Broncos after a strong mini-camp and impressive stint in the XFL. Despite his recent successes, DiNucci faced an uphill battle to make the roster with Russell Wilson and Jarrett Stidham already locked into their roles as the team’s top two signal callers.
