Falcons declared RB Jase McClellan, CB Antonio Hamilton Sr., DL Brandon Dorlus, OL Jovaughn Gwyn, WR Casey Washington, and DL Ruke Orhorhoro inactive for Week 1 against the Steelers.

McClellan is sixth-round rookie who is now a healthy scratch with the Falcons having a full running back room Week 1. Washington, Orhorhoro, Gwyn and Dorlus are also healthy inactives. Hamilton was ruled out due to a groin injury, but other than that, the Falcons enter Week 1 against the Steelers with a clean bill of health.

Cardinals re-signed CB Antonio Hamilton to a one-year contract.
Hamilton played in 10 games and started five last year after starting off on the non-football injury list due to a cooking accident. Hamilton turned 30 in January and finds himself on a very weak depth chart in Arizona with Marco Wilson, Christian Matthew, and Nate Hairston as the other outside corners. It’s possible he sees a lot of snaps in 2023.

It is a tough break for the journeyman special teamer, who appeared to be in line for a real role in Arizona’s defense. Even after acquiring Trayvon Mullen on cutdown day, the Cardinals are thin at corner.
