Browns fired offensive coordinator Ken Dorsey.
The team also fired offensive line coach Andy Dickerson. Having already decided to stick with 2023 Coach of the Year Kevin Stefanski, someone had to take the fall for this nightmare season. Even with a Sunday’s worth of games left, the Browns are all but guaranteed to finish last in the league in points per game (15.2) and EPA per play (-.18). Dorsey was let go by the Bills during a midseason slump last year, meaning he will be looking for his third team in as many seasons this spring. An offensive coordinator gig is not in the cards given his poor track record over the past two years. Dickerson took over the offensive line coach job from legendary linemen coach Bill Callahan after the former left for Tennessee after the 2023 season.

Browns hired former Seahawks offensive line coach Andy Dickerson for the same position.
Dickerson joined the Seahawks in 2021 as their run game coordinator and was promoted to offensive line coach after a year. He previously coached for the Browns as a defensive quality control coach in 2009 and an assistant offensive line coach in 2010. He interviewed for the Browns’ offensive coordinator vacancy this offseason. Dickerson will replace Bill Callahan in Cleveland. The Browns let Callahan depart for Tennessee to coach under his son Brian.

Seahawks hired Rams assistant OL coach Andy Dickerson as running-game coordinator.
Dickerson, who has been with the Rams nine seasons, is following new Seahawks OC Shane Waldron to Seattle. The Rams have had consistently creative running game designs under coach Sean McVay, so it is a good gamble for coach Pete Carroll as he looks to revamp his offense following its 2020 second half collapse.
