Davis is looking like a dreaded game-time decision right now.

“I’m day-to-day, but it’s not as bad as it looks,” Davis said. “It hurts a lot. I’m not going to practice today. But I’m preparing mentally and physically as much as I can to play Sunday.”

Davis, who has emerged as the Browns best receiving threat the last two weeks, should be okay to play in week six.

The Browns starter missed week seven with turf toe. Cleveland is in a bye, but the team expects Davis to resume his starting duties in week nine.

Andre King will start opposite Dennis Northcutt.

He’s likely to be listed as questionable. Watch practice reports, but Cleveland expects Davis to start this week.

He’s listed as probable. But considering Chris McAllister will play him much of the day, we would keep Davis on the bench this week.

Andre King would start in place of Davis if he can’t go.

He missed practice all week with an injured toe. We wouldn’t expect him to play and we wouldn’t risk keeping him in fantasy lineups.

Butch Davis said Davis would “probably” start opposite Dennis Northcutt, but added that ex-Cowboy Antonio Bryant would see more than the 22 snaps he played in the last game. None of the Cleveland receivers is an especially good play against the Ravens.
