Haywood Highsmith (left knee tendinitis) and Udonis Haslem (illness) are both probable for Game 4 against New York on Monday.
Both players should be good to go in this game, but only Highsmith will likely see the floor. However, he hasn’t made much of an impact so far in the postseason.

Udonis Haslem (stomach illness) will not be with the Heat for Saturday’s game against the Knicks.
Haslem isn’t in the rotation when healthy, so his absence will not impact the Heat on the court. But it will impact the team from a leadership standpoint.

Udonis Haslem logged 25 minutes in Sunday’s 123-105 win over Orlando, tallying 24 points (9-of-17 FGs, 3-of-3 FTs), three rebounds, and three 3-pointers.
Playing in his final regular season game, Haslem made the most of his time on the court Sunday afternoon. The three 3-pointers were a career-high for “Mr. 305,” and it goes without saying that the 24 points are a season-high. His performance was a reminder of what the guy on the end of an NBA bench is capable of and quite the farewell for a player who’s meant so much to his hometown team. Of Miami’s five starters, only Haywood Highsmith (2/5/3/1/1 in 27 minutes) played extended minutes on Sunday. Duncan Robinson (20/2/4/1 with three 3-pointers) and Victor Oladipo (19/2/8/2 with five 3-pointers) played well off the bench for the Heat, who host Atlanta on Tuesday in a play-in game. The winner will face Boston in the first round of the playoffs.

  • NBA Center #40
Udonis Haslem (personal reasons) will be available for Monday’s game against the Nuggets.
Haslem is back with the team after missing the two games prior. He isn’t in the rotation most nights when available, so this news will not impact fantasy basketball.

  • NBA Center #40
Udonis Haslem (personal reasons) has been upgraded to probable for Monday’s matchup with Denver.
Haslem has missed their last two games, but it looks like he’ll be available for this game. However, his value lies in the locker room, not in any fantasy lineup.

  • NBA Center #40
Due to personal reasons, Udonis Haslem is doubtful for Monday’s game against the Nuggets.
Haslem has been away from the team for Miami’s last two games, and it appears unlikely he’ll rejoin them for Monday’s contest. His absence impacts the team more than it does fantasy basketball.

  • NBA Center #40
Udonis Haslem (personal reasons) will not be available for Saturday’s game against the Magic.
Haslem’s continued absence impacts the Heat locker room more than fantasy basketball. Hopefully, he’s able to rejoin his teammates soon.

  • NBA Center #40
Due to personal reasons, Udonis Haslem will not be available for Friday’s game against the Rockets.
Haslem isn’t in the rotation most nights, so his absence will not impact fantasy basketball.

  • PHI Center #21
Heat coach Eric Spoelstra told reporters Thursday that Dewayne Dedmon is an option to take over the backup center spot.
With Orlando Robinson (thumb) out for the foreseeable future, the Heat will look to the services of Dedmon and Udonis Haslem to fill the backup center role behind Bam Adebayo. Dedmon had provided quality minutes for the Heat this season but hasn’t played since his bench outburst back in January. With Adebayo averaging a career-high 35.1 minutes per game, Dedmon is unlikely to get the minutes needed to be a factor in fantasy basketball.

  • NBA Center #40
Udonis Haslem (right Achilles tendinosis) will be available to play against the Pelicans on Sunday.
Yes, Haslem will be available, but he shouldn’t be in any fantasy lineups.
