Myles Turner (hip) and Aaron Nesmith (ankle) are not on the injury report for Wednesday’s game against the Mavericks.
Turner and Nesmith were two of the four Pacers starters who did not play in Monday’s win over the Timberwolves. Their returns to the lineup mean Thomas Bryant and Bennedict Mathurin will head to the bench. While Mathurin can still provide deep-league value as a reserve, there isn’t much to gain from holding onto Bryant.
  • IND Power Forward #5
Jarace Walker accumulated 13 points (5-of-12 FGs), five rebounds, one assist, two steals and three three-pointers in 35 minutes in Monday’s win over the Timberwolves.
The Pacers were without their entire frontcourt for Monday’s game, so Walker was able to make his second start in four games. The second-year forward was solid in his 35 minutes on the court, but fantasy managers likely kept their expectations in check. Thomas Bryant was another fill-in, and he finished Monday’s victory with 10 points, seven rebounds, one steal, two blocks and one three-pointer in 33 minutes. The fantasy values of Bryant and Walker moving forward depend on the availability of Pascal Siakam and Myles Turner; they’re only worth the risk if the veteran starters remain out.
  • IND Center #3
Andrew Nembhard, Bennedict Mathurin, Jarace Walker, Obi Toppin and Thomas Bryant will start against the Timberwolves on Monday.
Nembhard will be the only usual starter for Indiana as Tyrese Haliburton, Aaron Nesmith, Pascal Siakam and Myles Turner are all sidelined for this game. The four new starters should all be worth streaming on Monday, though it is unlikely that this is a long-term absence for any of the typical starters that are sidelined.
  • IND Center #33
Myles Turner (hip) has been ruled out against the Timberwolves on Monday.
Turner will be sidelined for a game for the first time since before the All-Star break, which will contribute to Indiana being down four starters against Minnesota. Thomas Bryant will likely move into the starting lineup at center, and he had success in place of Turner in February.
  • IND Center #33
Myles Turner (hip) is questionable for Monday’s game against the Timberwolves.
Turner is new to the injury report. Injuries are piling up for the Pacers ahead of Monday’s game. Thomas Bryant could be in for a spot start if the big man is ruled out.
  • IND Center #13
HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto reports the Pacers will sign Tony Bradley to a 10-day contract.
Bradley, the 28th overall pick in the 2017 NBA Draft, is back in the Association. Most recently, he’s been with the G League’s College Park SkyHawks, averaging 14.0 points, 10.6 rebounds and 1.1 blocked shots per game. Bradley most recently played in the NBA during the 2022-23 campaign, appearing in 12 games for the Bulls. With Myles Turner and Thomas Bryant healthy, Bradley is unlikely to get the minutes needed to impact fantasy basketball.
  • IND Center #33
Myles Turner (neck) and Jarace Walker (back) are available for Thursday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Turner will be available after missing Indiana’s final three games before the All-Star break with a cervical strain. His return means Thomas Bryant will head to the bench, where he offers minimal fantasy value. As for Walker, he’s available after a sore lower back kept him out of the Pacers’ final pre-break game on February 12. The second-year forward provides depth off the bench, but the crowded rotation limits his fantasy upside.
  • IND Center #33
Myles Turner (neck) is expected to return for Thursday’s matchup with the Grizzlies.
Turner missed the Pacers’ last three games before the All-Star break after suffering a cervical strain due to an inadvertent elbow from Bennedict Mathurin in a game against the Clippers. He returned to full practice on Tuesday, and Coach Rick Carlisle expects him to play Thursday for the team’s first game after the break. Thomas Bryant will likely shift back to the bench.
  • IND Center #3
Thomas Bryant delivered 18 points, nine rebounds, four assists, a block and a three-pointer across 32 minutes in Tuesday’s loss to the Knicks.
Bryant made his fourth start of the season, finishing behind only Pascal Siakam (24) for team lead in the scoring department. Bryant has been a solid fill-in for Myles Turner, averaging 15.5 points, 7.8 rebounds and 2.5 assists across his four stints in the starting lineup. Turner has been ruled out of Wednesday’s matchup with Washington, and Bryant should be in line for another start in a favorable matchup.
  • IND Center #33
Myles Turner (neck) will miss the Pacers’ next two games.
Turner will sit Tuesday and Wednesday for Indiana’s back-to-back set, and the hope is that he’ll be ready to go following the break against the Grizzlies on February 20. Thomas Bryant should continue to start at center until Turner returns.
