According to Eric Nehm of The Athletic, the Bucks have signed Terence Davis to an Exhibit 10 contract.
Davis worked out with the Bucks in August, but the team did not make a move to sign him. He’s now in camp with the Bucks, attempting to land the team’s final guaranteed contract. Milwaukee has 14 players under standard contracts, and second-year wing Andre Jackson Jr.'s deal is not guaranteed. He may be Davis’ competition for a roster spot.
  • FA Shooting Guard #3
According to HoopsHype’s Michael Scotto, the Bucks recently hosted free agent guard Terence Davis for a workout.
Davis played four seasons in the NBA before failing to agree to a deal before the 2023-24 campaign. As a result, he played in three games for the Rip City Remix (Portland’s affiliate) before suffering a season-ending Achilles tendon tear. Davis’s ability to work out for Milwaukee is a positive sign regarding his health, but it guarantees nothing regarding where he’ll play next season. This will not impact fantasy basketball.
  • SAC Shooting Guard #0
Malik Monk (lower left leg soreness) will be available to play against Denver on Sunday.
Monk missed Friday’s game against the Warriors, but he’ll make his return to the lineup on Sunday. Sacramento has nothing to play for, so they’ll likely limit his minutes in this game, since they don’t want to risk further injury.

  • TOR Point Guard #45
Davion Mitchell started and played 28 minutes in Friday’s 119-97 loss to the Warriors, accounting for five points (2-of-13 FGs), two rebounds, five assists, three steals, and one 3-pointer.
With starters De’Aaron Fox and Kevin Huerter sidelined for injury management reasons, Sacramento turned to Mitchell and Terence Davis on Friday. And they had a rough night, to say the least. Mitchell shot 2-of-13 from the field, and Davis wasn’t much better, going 4-of-16 and finishing with a line of 10 points, one rebound, three assists, one steal, and two 3-pointers in 32 minutes. Sunday’s game in Denver means nothing as far as playoff seeding is concerned, but there may be a desire to get the starters some playing time in order to ensure that they go into the playoffs sharp. That would cut into the minutes available to Mitchell and Davis, but it’s unlikely that Mike Brown would push his starters to take on their usual workloads in a game that means nothing.

  • SAC Center #25
The Kings will start Davion Mitchell, Terence Davis, Harrison Barnes, Keegan Murray and Alex Len against the Warriors on Friday.
With De’Aaron Fox, Kevin Huerter, Malik Monk and Domantas Sabonis out for this game, Mitchell, Davis and Len get the starting nod. All three should play big minutes in this game, but Mitchell and Davis will be the more reliable streaming options.

  • SAC Shooting Guard #0
Malik Monk (lower left leg soreness) has now been ruled out for Friday’s game against the Warriors.
Initially cleared to play in Friday’s game, Monk has since been scratched. With Memphis comfortably ahead of Milwaukee in the third quarter, the Kings are unlikely to get the help they needed to finish with the 2-seed in the West. So Monk joins De’Aaron Fox, Domantas Sabonis, and Kevin Huerter on the sideline. Terence Davis will see his minutes increase with Monk ruled out.

  • SAC Power Forward #11
Domantas Sabonis (left ankle soreness), De’Aaron Fox (left ankle soreness) and Kevin Huerter (right popliteus injury management) will all miss Friday’s matchup with Golden State.
With the rest of their lineup available to play, Mike Brown will likely have to rely heavily on Keegan Murray, Malik Monk and Harrison Barnes for offense. Monk and Terence Davis should benefit from Huerter’s absence. Trey Lyles will look to fill the void in place of Sabonis. Davion Mitchell should get the starting nod at point guard.

  • SAC Shooting Guard #9
Kevin Huerter (right popliteus injury management) and Keegan Murray (sore right foot) are questionable for Friday’s game against the Warriors.
Sacramento will need to win out and get some help in order to overtake Memphis for the 2-seed in the West, so some of the team’s key players may get some additional rest ahead of the playoffs. Huerter and Murray are two of seven rotation players listed as questionable for Friday night. Terence Davis isn’t on the injury report, and he could be in for a heavy usage night if the Kings decide to sit most of their regulars.

  • SAC Shooting Guard #0
Malik Monk (lower left leg soreness) is available for Tuesday’s game against the Pelicans.
Monk is back after being a late scratch for Sunday’s loss to the Spurs. Terence Davis, who logged 17 minutes off the bench in that defeat, falls back in the pecking order with Monk available to play.

  • SAC Shooting Guard #0
Malik Monk (lower left leg soreness) is questionable for Tuesday’s matchup with the Pelicans.
Monk felt soreness during warmups of their last game, but since he isn’t part of the starting unit, they decided to rule him out before he could check into the game on Sunday. If he remains sidelined on Tuesday, Terence Davis should see the majority of shooting guard minutes off the bench, and he scored 15 points with three 3-pointers against the Spurs on Sunday.
