    Shaquille O’Neal told reporters this week that he has lost 24 pounds since July and is now down to 331.
    In an effort to punish the Lakers for getting rid of him, Shaq is probably going to report in better shape than he has the last few years. “They want me at 325,” O’Neal said. “When I met with Pat [Riley in July], I was at 355. I will be at 325 or below when I come to camp [in early October].”
