Royce O’Neale amassed 13 points (4-of-7 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), six rebounds, three assists and three three-pointers in Thursday’s win over the Lakers.
O’Neale came up big when the Suns needed him most, scoring the team’s final seven points in Thursday’s 113-110 victory. His last basket came with nine-tenths of a second remaining, with the veteran wing knocking down a triple from the left wing. O’Neale has made multiple three-pointers in eight of his last nine appearances. While worth a look in deep leagues where there is a need for three-point production, O’Neale offers a limited fantasy ceiling.

Royce O’Neale (biceps) is probable for Thursday’s game against the Pistons.
O’Neale, who suffered a left biceps contusion, is a right-handed shooter. If he’s able to play, he’ll take on his usual role within the Suns’ starting lineup since Jalen Green (hamstring) remains out.

Grayson Allen had 25 points (9-of-19 FGs, 1-of-1 FT), four rebounds, one assist, two steals and six three-pointers in Tuesday’s loss to the Heat.
Allen went off for 25 points and six three-pointers in the loss to the Heat on Tuesday. It was his first game with at least 20 points since November 12 against the Magic, over two months ago. Allen was instant offense off the bench with 25 points in 27 minutes while Royce O’Neale started and had eight points in 32 minutes. If Allen shows some more consistency with his scoring, it’s possible the Suns move him back into the starting lineup in short order.

Royce O’Neale finished Sunday’s win over the Wizards with 19 points (6-of-10 FGs, 2-of-2 FTs), seven rebounds, four assists, two steals and five three-pointers.
The Suns were in control throughout Sunday’s game, with O’Neale’s season-high points tally leading the way. He’s made at least four three-pointers in four consecutive games, which is precisely what deep-league managers hope for when rostering him. The Suns begin a three-game Week 13 on Tuesday in Miami, the first of a six-game road trip.

Royce O’Neale accounted for 12 points (4-of-6 FGs), seven rebounds, one assist, one block and four three-pointers in Friday’s win over the Knicks.
One reason to consider streaming O’Neale while the Suns are without Jalen Green is the three-point production, and he came through on Friday. The veteran forward hit four of his six attempts against the Knicks while also offering solid value in the rebound category. The lingering questions are: how much longer will Green, who began his ramp-up process, be sidelined by his hamstring injury? And, will the Suns continue to bring Grayson Allen (10/3/1/1 in 26 minutes) off the bench? The answers will have a direct impact on O’Neale’s fantasy value.
  • PHX Guard #8
Grayson Allen (knee) is available to play against the Rockets on Monday.
Allen was initially listed as probable, so his return after a nine-game absence doesn’t come as a surprise. Royce O’Neale will likely return to playing a reserve role with Allen back in the lineup.

Grayson Allen (knee) is probable for Monday’s matchup with the Rockets.
Allen has missed nine straight games, but he’s poised to return to action on Monday. If he reclaims his starting role, Royce O’Neale would move back to the bench. Collin Gillespie has been a solid contributor with Allen out, and Gillespie’s fantasy appeal will take a hit if Allen is cleared.

Grayson Allen (knee) is out for Sunday’s game against the Thunder.
Unfortunately, Allen will miss a ninth consecutive game due to right knee injury management. Until he’s healthy enough to play, Allen will continue to be replaced in the starting lineup by Royce O’Neale. Also, Collin Gillespie has added fantasy value with Allen and Jalen Green unavailable. Suns head coach Jordan Ott said on Sunday that he hopes to have Allen back for Monday’s game against the Rockets.
  • PHX Guard #8
Grayson Allen (knee) is questionable for Sunday’s game against the Thunder.
Once again listed as questionable, Allen has missed Phoenix’s last eight games due to right knee injury management. If he remains out, the Suns will continue to rely on Royce O’Neale to fill the resulting void. That said, Collin Gillespie’s fantasy value receives a more significant boost when Allen doesn’t play.

Grayson Allen (knee) is out for Friday’s game against the Kings.
Allen is set to miss his eighth game in a row for right knee injury management reasons. Royce O’Neale should remain in the starting lineup until Allen returns, though Collin Gillespie has seen the biggest jump in value during Allen’s absence.
