Speaking on ESPN Radio Wednesday, Roger Mason admitted that his Twitter account was not hacked when he wrote “Looking like a season” last week.
Mason says that the tweet in question was meant to be a text, which explains the conclusion of the phrase “How u” in the tweet. More relevantly now that talks have turned in a considerably less positive direction, Mason told ESPN Radio that it’s “very unlikely” that the season will begin on time, and said that decertification is “not a plan for us right now.”

Roger Mason scored a season-high 19 points off the bench on Thursday, hitting 7-of-9 shots from the field (including four threes) with two rebounds, one assist, and one steal in 19 minutes.
Considering this was Mason’s first blurb in the year 2012, we’re going to go out on a limb and call this a fluke for now. If he does it again, we’ll let you know. Looking like a season. How u.

Roger Mason came off the bench to hit 6-of-11 shots and four 3-pointers for 16 points, a steal and a block in Wednesday’s win over the Nets.
Mason has scored 16, 6, 12 and 19 points in his last four games, hitting 12 3-pointers over that stretch. It’s hard to say how long it will last, but he got 23 minutes tonight and looks like a reasonable add if you’re fishing for 3-pointers.

Roger Mason went scoreless against the Pacers on Thursday, missing all five of his shots with just one rebound to his credit over 15 minutes.
Mason had shown up as a blip on the radar, but this returns him to irrelevant status in fantasy leagues.

Roger Mason scored 17 points on 6-of-12 shooting (including five threes) with five rebounds and two assists against a browbeaten Bobcats squad on Monday.
Mason logged 30 minutes tonight and has scored in double-figures in all but 1-of-6 April games now, averaging just under 12 points and 2.5 threes over that span. There are a lot of free minutes right now in the Wizards reserve unit, but Mason is only for the crowd that’s trolling for 3-pointers late in the year.

Roger Mason Jr. had 12 points and two 3-pointers in 25 minutes of Friday’s loss to the Hawks.
He had 19 points on Thursday, as he will back up Jordan Crawford in the absence of Nick Young, who was traded to the Clippers. If you’re in a real deep league, take notice of the rise of Mason.

Roger Mason will have season-ending finger surgery Monday.
Mason played 52 games for the Wizards, averaging 5.5 points in 13.4 minutes. The Wizards will waive Mason, making him an unrestricted free agent this summer.

John Wall hit just 1-of-8 shots for four points, nine assists and five turnovers in Wednesday’s win over the Lakers.
Wall couldn’t get it going against Derek Fisher tonight, but was hot coming in. He just had an off night and should remain in all starting lineups going forward. Roger Mason got hot tonight and had nine points in the fourth quarter, but isn’t worth owning at this point.

The Jazz have expressed “initial exploratory interest” in free agents Sebastian Telfair, Rasual Butler, and Roger Mason.
The Jazz apparently are content with their roster for the most part, and are looking for veterans to fill around their young squad. Raja Bell would appear to be the favorite for backup shooting guard duties, but may be available for trade, and these could be the pieces the Jazz are looking at to replace him.
