Robert Williams underwent an arthroscopic procedure to address inflammation in his left knee and will miss four-to-six weeks.
Williams will be out until late April at the earliest, which means that he will not return for the regular season. Portland is currently two games out of the Play-In Tournament and has won three in a row. If they are able to make it to the playoffs, Williams will have a chance to return, but if you’re still holding on to him in your fantasy league, it’s a good time to let go. Williams is under contract for the 2025-26 season with the Blazers at a reasonable $13.2 million salary and figures to back up Donovan Clingan again in ’25-26.
  • POR Center #35
Robert Williams (knee) and Jabari Walker (concussion) are out for Wednesday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Williams and Walker remain out for another game. Their absences will ensure Duop Reath’s rotation minutes as the backup center. There isn’t much to gain from streaming Reath, with Donovan Clingan surpassing 30 minutes as the starting center.

Robert Williams (knee) and Jabari Walker (concussion) are out for Monday’s game against the Wizards.
Williams and Walker remain sidelined for another game, leaving the Trail Blazers light on options in the frontcourt. The Time Lord has been out since February 20 with a sprained left knee, while Walker will miss a second-straight game due to the league’s concussion protocol. Donovan Clingan and Duop Reath will handle the available minutes at center, with the former as the starter.
  • POR Power Forward #9
Jerami Grant (knee) and Robert Williams (knee) are out for Sunday’s game against the Raptors.
Grant and Williams will remain out for another game, with the former’s absence having a more significant impact on the Trail Blazers’ rotation. Shaedon Sharpe will stay in the starting lineup and should be rostered in deep leagues. He’s also worth a look in standard points leagues.
  • POR Shooting Guard #1
Anfernee Simons (hand) and Robert Williams (knee) are questionable for Sunday’s game against the Raptors.
While Simons has not missed a game since January 19, Williams has been out for Portland’s last 11 with a lingering knee injury. The former’s availability is more impactful on the rotation, as Scoot Henderson would move into the starting lineup. As for the Time Lord, his continued absence would mean more minutes for Duop Reath.
  • POR Power Forward #34
Jabari Walker (concussion) is out for Sunday’s game against the Raptors.
Walker remains in the league’s concussion protocol and will not be available for Sunday’s game. His absence means more rotation minutes for Duop Reath, especially if Robert Williams remains out with a knee injury. If Williams can play, there wouldn’t be much to gain from streaming Reath in most leagues.
  • POR Center #35
Robert Williams (knee) did not play in Wednesday’s loss to the Knicks.
While the Time Lord was made available for Wednesday’s game after a 10-game absence, he did not see any action. Duop Reath (six points, two rebounds, one assist, one steal, three blocks and two three-pointers in 19 minutes) handled the backup center responsibilities behind Donovan Clingan. Jabari Walker’s upcoming concussion tests will also impact the available minutes for future games, but Williams offers limited upside due to the injury concerns.
  • POR Power Forward #34
Jabari Walker (concussion) will not return to Wednesday’s game against the Knicks.
Walker exited Wednesday’s game during the third quarter after taking an inadvertent Karl-Anthony Towns elbow to the jaw. He is being evaluated for a potential concussion, which could result in a multi-game absence. If so, Duop Reath’s minutes may increase, especially if Robert Williams is under a minutes restriction.
  • POR Center #35
Robert Williams (knee) is available for Wednesday’s game against the Knicks.
The Time Lord returns after a 10-game absence with a knee injury. He’ll take on the backup center duties, where Williams offers limited fantasy value. Jabari Walker and Duop Reath will lose out on playing time, but neither was worth the risk in most fantasy leagues.
  • POR Center #35
Robert Williams (knee) is questionable to play against the Knicks on Wednesday.
Williams has missed Portland’s last 10 games and has only suited up three times since January. If he returns on Wednesday, he will fill out the backup center minutes behind Donovan Clingan, which would push Duop Reath and Jabari Walker further down the pecking order off the bench.
