  • HOU Power Forward #10

Jabari Smith Jr. has been ejected from Saturday’s game against the Jazz due to a conflict with Kris Dunn.
Dunn may have started the “fight” by tugging on Smith’s jersey, but both players were ejected after they each threw some punches. Houston outscored Utah 47-21 in the first quarter, so Dunn may have been trying to give his team some motivation. Jeff Green, Reggie Bullock and Jae’Sean Tate should all help make up for Smith’s absence.
  • HOU Small Forward #7
Cam Whitmore (right knee sprain) has been ruled out for Tuesday’s game against San Antonio.
So much for Whitmore potentially benefitting from Alperen Sengun’s (knee, ankle) indefinite absence, as he has also been sidelined with an injury. His absence could result in Reggie Bullock Jr. entering the rotation, but the veteran wing is not worth the risk as a streamer. Amen Thompson can absorb some of the minutes that would have gone to Whitmore, boosting the rookie’s fantasy value.
  • HOU Small Forward #25
Reggie Bullock Jr. (lower back pain) is available for Thursday’s game against the Pelicans.
Bullock has been dealing with lower back pain for a few weeks, which has limited his availability. Even when available, the veteran wing hasn’t done enough to merit being rostered in fantasy leagues.
  • HOU Small Forward #25
Reggie Bullock Jr. (lower back pain) is questionable to play against New Orleans on Thursday.
Bullock doesn’t see the floor much when he’s healthy, and even in the games that he has played a decent-sized role, he hasn’t made a fantasy impact. His status for this game won’t have much of an impact on their rotation.
  • HOU Small Forward #25
Reggie Bullock (lower back pain) has been ruled out for Wednesday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Bullock’s absence will not impact fantasy basketball, as he hasn’t been in the rotation on most nights when healthy.
  • HOU Small Forward #25
Reggie Bullock (lower back pain) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Grizzlies.
Having dealt with the back issue for a while, Bullock was a DNP-CD for Monday’s win over the Knicks. Even if he’s cleared to play against Memphis, there’s no guarantee he’ll see action.
  • HOU Small Forward #7
Cam Whitmore (right ankle sprain) has been ruled out for Monday’s game against the Knicks.
Whitmore will miss a second straight game with a sprained ankle, which has freed up additional minutes for Reggie Bullock Jr. off the bench. He would not be worth streaming in most leagues, as starters Dillon Brooks and Jabari Smith Jr. are available to play.
  • HOU Power Forward #10
Jabari Smith Jr. (illness) and Jae’Sean Tate (right ankle soreness) are questionable to play against Atlanta on Saturday.
Houston is already without Alperen Sengun and Cam Whitmore for this game, and they could end up being incredibly short-handed in the frontcourt. Jeff Green, Dillon Brooks and Reggie Bullock will all be available, and they could all have to play big minutes if Smith and Tate can’t suit up. Unfortunately, none of them are good options for fantasy.
  • HOU Small Forward #7
Cam Whitmore (right ankle sprain) has been ruled out for the remainder of Friday’s game against the Raptors.
Whitmore was injured in the first half’s final seconds and has since been ruled out. The rookie was playing well at the time of his injury, tallying 17 points, three rebounds, one assist, and three 3-pointers in 18 minutes off the bench. Whitmore’s absence has pushed Reggie Bullock into the rotation. The veteran wing would not be worth streaming if Whitmore misses time.
  • HOU Small Forward #25
Reggie Bullock (lower back strain) is available for Saturday’s game against the Nets.
Bullock is available for the first time in nearly two weeks, but this will not impact fantasy basketball. Bullock could get some time on the back end of the rotation, but he is not worth rostering.
