Wizards assigned Peter John Ramos to the NBA Development League’s Roanoke Dazzle for the second time this season yesterday.

Ramos has not played for the Wizards this season but averaged 14.2 points on 55.3 percent shooting, with 8.4 rebounds and 1.8 blocks in 21 games with the Dazzle.
