Andre Drummond (toe) and Adem Bona (ankle) have been ruled out against the Spurs on Friday.
Both centers will remain sidelined for another game, with Drummond missing his fifth in a row. Guerschon Yabusele and Oshae Brissett will continue to be the center options for Philly, with Yabusele being the better option for fantasy managers.
  • PHI Power Forward #28
Guerschon Yabusele (knee) is questionable for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder.
Yabusele did not play in Monday’s overtime loss to the Rockets, Philadelphia’s second game in as many nights. With Andre Drummond and Adem Bona out, Yabusele will be a key option for the 76ers if allowed to play. If he does not, then Oshae Brissett will likely make another start despite not being a center.
  • PHI Center #1
Andre Drummond (toe) and Adem Bona (ankle) are out for Wednesday’s game against the Thunder.
Drummond and Bona remain sidelined, with the former missing his fourth-straight game. Guerschon Yabusele is questionable for Wednesday’s game and would be the starting center if allowed to play. However, if Yabusele cannot play, the 76ers may give Oshae Brissett another start. He would be worth streaming in this spot, even though Brissett is not a center.
  • PHI Small Forward #22
Jared Butler, Quentin Grimes, Ricky Council IV, Justin Edwards and Oshae Brissett will start Monday’s game against the Rockets.
With Andre Drummond, Guerschon Yabusele and Adem Bona out, the 76ers will begin Monday’s game without a legitimate center. Currently on a 10-day contract, Brissett moves into the starting lineup and is worth streaming due to how shorthanded the 76ers are. That’s the lone change to the unit that started Sunday’s win over the Mavericks.
  • PHI Power Forward #28
Guerschon Yabusele (knee) has been ruled out against the Rockets on Monday.
Yabusele will miss the second leg of Philadelphia’s back-to-back, which will leave them with only nine active players. Fantasy managers should turn to options outside of the 76ers if possible, but Chuma Okeke and Oshae Brissett should take on larger roles with Yabusele sidelined.
  • PHI Power Forward #28
Guerschon Yabusele (knee) is questionable and Andre Drummond (toe) is out for Monday’s matchup with the Rockets.
Philadelphia’s frontcourt will be quite shorthanded, and with Adem Bona also sitting out, Oshae Brissett and Chuma Okeke could see big minutes. Yabusele figures to handle a hefty workload if he’s cleared.
  • PHI Small Forward #12
Oshae Brissett accounted for 14 points (5-of-8 FGs, 1-of-3 FTs), one rebound, one steal, one block and three three-pointers in 23 minutes in Friday’s loss to the Pacers.
Signed to a 10-day contract earlier Friday, Brissett made his 76ers debut the same day. He shot the ball well, making over 50 percent of his attempts. However, this was primarily a points and three-pointers night for Brissett. That isn’t enough to make him a player worth adding immediately. However, if Philadelphia remains this shorthanded for Sunday’s game against Dallas, Brissett will be worth a roll of the dice in deep leagues.
  • PHI Small Forward #12
76ers signed Oshae Brissett to a 10-day contract.
Decimated by injuries, the 76ers have been granted a hardship waiver to sign another player to a 10-day contract. Brissett, who has spent this season with the G League’s Long Island Nets, will get another opportunity to prove himself at the NBA level. Not selected in the 2019 draft, he has played five NBA seasons for the Raptors, Pacers and Celtics.
  • BOS Small Forward #12
According to Spotrac’s Keith Smith, Oshae Brissett plans to decline his player option and become an unrestricted free agent.
The 2023-24 season was Brissett’s first in Boston, and it could be his last based on the reported decision to decline his player option. The former Pacer had a limited role for the NBA champions, appearing in 56 games and averaging 3.7 points and 2.9 rebounds in 11.5 minutes. Those averages were the lowest for Brissett since his rookie season as a Toronto Raptor.
  • BOS Center #40
Luke Kornet (left wrist sprain) is available for Monday’s game against the Pacers.
Kornet is back after missing Boston’s Game 3 victory on Saturday, adding another frontcourt option off the bench. His return will mean fewer minutes for Oshae Brissett and Xavier Tillman, with at least one falling out of the rotation altogether.
